HDB parking

HDB parking
Is it just me or does it seem that parking attendents are going crazy lately? They seem to be hitting the same carparks everyday. Sometimes more than once a day. Got slapped with 2 fines within the same week and spotted the same parking attendant sulking about another 2 times. It's ridiculous.

Since these days HDB handed
Since these days HDB handed over the 'FINE CITY' battern of the carpark reign to Sembwaste (Sem Corp waste management?), these garbage handlers has been handing over tickets to fulfill their desire of quota hittings. One wil wonder, has the Singapore reputation of a 'FINE CITY' be drawn into more further turmoil of a 'FINER CITY'? I will probably walk over and ask the guy (seems like the aunties with nice big hats are gradually missing) if he likes to have French Fries to go with his quota!
