Sri Geylang Serai

Anyone been down to HDB hub for the geylang serai BTO? Prices seem pretty ok. But pity there are only 4 room flats available. Location seems quite convenient but think it'll be crazy every year during hari raya. Sort of like living in chinatown during that period. Noisy and no parking.
