The Premeire
Hello! This might be abit late, but just wondering if anyone of you has viewed The Premeire as a possible love nest? I went down to take a look, and it was good, but quite expensive. In the end, we left our names for balloting. Any opinions on the flat? Is it worth it?

Think DBSS was a good move
Think DBSS was a good move by hdb but seems that the showflat has quite some items included that will not be in the finished flat. And the kitchen area seems incredibly small. Hard to cook anything more than maggi noodles. I guess teh good thing about premiere is that it's in a established estate. Far better than sengkang and punggol in terms of accessibility but for almost double the price... might be better to just get a condo.
