Ken Teo of Colourdots specializes on wedding day photography. A wedding magazine once associated Ken's work with Barry Manilow's singing - moving, and sweet. Other contemporary wedding day photography specialists had described Ken's work as “edgy”, “classy” or “stylish”. The differences in the interpretation of Ken’s style could be attributed to the fact that his priority in each wedding is to interpret and translate the uniqueness of each wedding; to best bring out the beauty of the bride and the love between the couple.

Ken is also member of both the WPPI (Wedding and Portrait Photography International) and WPJA (Wedding Photojournalist Association), both of which are international organizations that recognizes the standards of photography and practices of photographers worldwide. While fundamentally adopting a non-intrusive photojournalistic approach to capturing the moments, Ken sometimes also involves himself in the creation of art pieces from the day of love and celebration.
