Millennium and Copthorne Bridal Show 2006

in

Introduction

March heralds the new wave of bridal shows and wedding events for 2006. If you've picked up a bridal magazine lately, it's almost inevitable that you'll come across the multitudes of bridal shows by the various hotels and restaurants being held this month. So what's the real draw to one of these events? I believe it's simply to see firsthand what is the best and most romantic wedding money can buy. If not that, at least these bridal shows offer a great insight to a beautiful wedding.

So if you missed the opportunity to head down to the first wave of bridal shows in the early part of March, you can still get some ideas and tips from us. Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel held the abovementioned bridal show on the 12th March 2006. If some of you are wondering where that is, it's the huge hotel next to Zouk. Here on the 4th floor of the hotel, we find the Grand Ballroom.

Grand Copthorne Waterfront Ballroom Walkway
Trinity candles and ornate flower arrangements light up the walkway for the wedding couples within the Grand Ballroom.

Mendocino Candles at the entrance
At the crossroads to the showrooms, light up your way with candles.

Within the smaller meeting rooms, each of the four hotels will dazzle you with their furnishings and decor. Of course, their catering sales teams are also available if you need any information on holding a wedding on their premises.

Conclusion

There's no lack of bridal shows this time of the year but it's rare to find one that offers you 4 choices of venues in one event. Not to mention that good food is always a draw. For those who attended the bridal show, I'll leave you remembering the Steamed Fish Fillet and the Stir-Fried Prawns with Crispy Rice. For those who didn't get to attend the event, I'm afraid you'll just have to make do with dessert.

Raspberry Mousse Cake
If you stare hard enough, you can almost taste it.

For those of you with a sweet tooth, yes, it's a dessert buffet.

Snow Fungus Jelly with Mandarin Orange
I would love this dessert for the mandarin oranges alone.
